Budd Shirtmakers is committed to the quality of our craftsmanship; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 28-day return period for all unworn and unwashed items. Please note that bespoke and monogrammed products are non-returnable unless they possess a manufacturing fault.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the completed return form is included inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
